The journey started in 2006 when our Group CEO Rodney Frost and Country Manager, Grace Monteiro set up a business dedicated to support Cheque Mates Pty Ltd. The business was named Cheque Mates (PH) Corp.

Integrated Office Solutions Inc. was formed in 2016 to allow us to reach other Partners in different Industries. We have and are continuing to help more than 20 Australian businesses focus on their goals by facilitating recruitment and setting up their own dedicated offshore teams in The Philippines.

Integrated Office Solutions Inc. is now headquartered in the heart of Filinvest Alabang with close to 100 team members across varied industries in Australia. We are driven by our core values to deliver our commitment to our Partners and team members whilst helping reduce homelessness in The Philippines.

Our Mission

We are the partner of choice for enterprises wishing to build their own offshore team via a unique and boutique facilitation model. We achieve this by supporting our partners through the recruitment process, providing cost-effective solutions and having a respectful and supportive workplace that values diversity. Together we will leave a legacy by supporting homelessness in The Philippines through education.
