Data entry is an important part of any business. It can help you keep useful records on hand, budget appropriately and make smart decisions for your company. At the same time, the process can be tedious, boring and time consuming. Consequently, outsourcing data entry is becoming more common to boost efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail.

HOW IT WORKS

If it’s your first time offshoring data entry, you may be feeling a bit nervous. Luckily, outsourcing data entry with Integrated Office Solutions is as simple as 1, 2, 3. Remember, all the control remains in your hands, we're just here to facilitate the process. Here's how it works:

  1. You send us a brief job description for the data entry role you're looking to outsource. We find candidates that meet your criteria and match you with the most suitable ones.
  2. You assess potential candidates and choose who you'd like to speak to, we then arrange calls and interviews. Don't worry, you can choose what to ask and find out everything you need to know.
  3. You decide who you want to join your team. We help finalise paperwork and induct them into your company. Remember, you can hire as many or as few employees as you need.

In the west, hiring a data entry clerk can cost up to $30/hr. Additionally, the recruitment and training process can take weeks or even months. Data entry BPO allows you to recruit professionals from the get-go, saving you time and money in the long run.
