Here's How We Started
The journey started in 2006 when our Group CEO Rodney Frost and Country Manager, Grace Monteiro set up a business dedicated to support Cheque Mates Pty Ltd. The business was named Cheque Mates (PH) Corp.
Integrated OS was formed in 2016 to allow us to reach other Partners in different Industries. We have and are continuing to help more than 20 Australian businesses focus on their goals by facilitating recruitment and setting up their own dedicated offshore teams in The Philippines.
Integrated OS is now headquartered in the heart of Filinvest Alabang with over 200 team members across varied industries in Australia. We are driven by our core values to deliver our commitment to our Partners and team members whilst helping reduce homelessness in The Philippines.

Grace starts her Marketing Role for Wyeth Phils
1995
Rodney Joins The Lamson Group, working for Cheque - Mates
1999
Grace starts 121 Docs business
2000
Paper Rolls Australia joins The Lamson Group
2010
Grace and Rodney discuss the opportunity to support The Lamson Group
and decide to setup a partnership. Cheque-Mates PH Corporation is born.
2011
The First Office for CMPH is opened at Paranaque City
2014
Rodney becomes Group CEO for The Lamson Group
2016
It became obvious that there was a gap in the market
with the experience we had. Integrated OS was born.
2019
Our expansion takes us to five offices located in strategic locations in Manila
2021
Our New Head Office in Parkway Corporate Centre
is opened in Alabang taking our capacity to over 300 family members.
