What you'll do:

The core activities include processing/transforming client data to deliver highly personalised Direct Mail, SMS, eDM channel campaign outputs to meet our client's requirements.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Design and development of applications utilising Quadient Inspire
• Analysis and transformation of simple to complex data types (XML, multi-line variable data record formats)
• Program, test and troubleshoot workflows
• Develop templates for Omni-Channel outputs (Direct Mail, Email and SMS)
• Maintain application documentation
• Contribute to the onboarding of new clients campaigns and projects.

Successful candidates must have:

• Quadient Inspire Designer: 2+ years of recent experience
• Quadient Inspire Scripting: 2+ years of recent experience
• Manipulate data from various sources / formats e.g. flat files, relational databases, non-relational databases, XML, JSON, etc.
• Excellent follow-up and customer service skills
• Thrive on collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders, working side by side with people of all backgrounds and disciplines, and you have working proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
• Be able to demonstrate a high level of organisation and time management
• Be highly motivated, with the desire to contribute and work as part of a dynamic, driven and client centric team
• Have a curious nature and enjoy the continuous process of self-learning
• Have excellent attention to detail and passionate about quality

Other Desired / Advantageous (not essential) skills and experience:

• Design/pre-press tools such Adobe CS
• HTML and CSS expertise
• Quadient ICM: 2+ years of recent experience
• Quadient Interactive: 2+ years of recent experience
• Quadient Automation and/or Scalar experience
• Other CCM Technologies such as:
• OpenText (HP) Exstream Dialogue
• Precisely (formerly Pitney Bowes) Spectrum Technology Platform
• BlueCrest Output Manager, formerly Pitney Bowes EMTEX
• Object-Orientated Programming (OOP) technologies and Microsoft SQL Server or similar technologies e.g. C# / .Net frameworks
• Experience with any of the following programming languages - *nix scripting, Python, VB6, and Delphi will be highly regarded.
• Must be open to possible off-hour on-call support.
• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or similar

Work Arrangements:

• Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
• Work Setup: Hybrid (2 Days Onsite, Mondays & Tuesdays; 3 Days WFH - Be part of a collaborative and energetic team in a professional office environment.
• Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
